  11.     Well, here's the final chapter in my saga with Better Concepts. 
  12. For those of you who missed the first half, they continuously messed up 
  13. on my order that I had placed with them back in December of '95. Go read 
  14. the other threads if you really want to know all the details.
  15.  
  16.     This week, I finally got OS3.1 and installed it. I also received 
  17. the reimbursement check that was owed to me for the time I had to pay to 
  18. ship my Amiga back to them after their first screw up.
  19.  
  20.     Things are finally fixed now and I have a kick ass A1200. :)
  21.  
  22.     I especially express my utmost gratitude and thanks to Mr. Shane 
  23. Monroe of their in-house programming team (Dark Unicorn) for his taking 
  24. the time out to call me personally, talk to me, and get the rest of my 
  25. order out to me even though he had nothing to do with any of the 
  26. problems/original order in the first place. Thanks Shane. :)
